BIEI introduces oversea universities as well as their syllabus, teaching materials, professional foreign teachers, international education concepts and evaluation systems to Chinese partner universities to develop international joint programs. The Sino-Foreign Joint Programs, upon approval by educational departments, adapt the approach of in-plan recruitment. Students within the joint programs can go abroad to study at the overseas university further after completing the courses in China, and they will be awarded relevant degree from the overseas university; students who do not go abroad can get the degree and graduation certificate from the Chinese universities if meeting the requirements. Chinese universities can introduce overseas high quality teaching resources through joint programs and improve the bilingual teaching level and the internationalized education level. Students within the programs can maximally reduce study expenses and successfully transferred to the overseas universities.
